Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• Name and email address — collected when you claim a trial key via our website
• Performance metrics — page load times, script execution durations, and network request data from NetSuite pages you visit while the extension is active
• Page identifiers — script names and record type identifiers on NetSuite pages, used solely for performance analysis

How data is stored

• All performance data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
• Name and email (provided during trial key registration) are stored in a private Google Sheet solely for licence key management.
• No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-party services

• Google Apps Script — used to validate trial licence keys and store user feedback. Only your name, email, and feedback message are transmitted when you interact with these features.

What we do NOT collect

• Passwords or authentication credentials
• Financial or payment information
• Health information
• GPS or precise location data
• Personal communications
• Browsing history outside of NetSuite domains
• Personally identifiable information beyond name and email

Data retention

• Local browser data can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage.
• Trial key records (name, email) are retained only for licence management and are not used for any other purpose.

Your rights

• You may request deletion of your personal data (name, email) at any time by contacting us.
• You may uninstall the extension at any time to remove all locally stored data.
